We have chosen to use the Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems suite of tools to assist with the process of increasing the performance of individuals and teams in a work environment.

This suite of questionnaire-based tools combines psychological aspects (e.g. work preferences, group dynamics) and sociological aspects (e.g. roles, skills) of individuals and teams at work, and presents insights which can help people better understand themselves, managers better understand their teams and all to have the means to improve their performance.
