Coaching is a collaborative process that encourages learning and growth. It empowers people to navigate their own change, producing measurable results in increased performance and achievement in any area.

We differ from traditional consultants as we recognise our clients as the experts in architecting their own changes and development. Our role is that of catalyst for and custodian of the change process.

As coaches we will challenge, stretch, motivate and support our clients. At times we will act as a mentor when we will guide, share experience and knowledge and facilitate the development of skills.

The coaching relationship will be established to suit the specific client with regards to how the coaching meetings will occur (face to face, over the telephone, via email), how frequently they will occur, how long each session will last and what the desired outcome of the coaching relationship is.
