ABOUT US | OUR PEOPLE

Ashley Hacker Associates Ltd comprises six experienced, professional, accredited coaches with successful business backgrounds. Five are members of the International Coaching Federation, Master Practitioners in NLP* (Neuro Linguistic Programming), NLP-trained coaches and are experts at encouraging more from individuals and teams. One is a qualified and experienced Intergrative Counsellor and member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Our Integrative Counsellor offers deeper support and help to those clients who may be experiencing specific personal difficulties that are impacting their life.

The fundamentals that underpin our approach together with our qualifications and experience all ensure that the support we provide is complete and psychologically robust.

*NLP has its roots in psychology and helps us understand who we are; why we act as we do; why we experience things the way we do; why we relate and respond to different people and situations in different ways; how we think, learn and communicate. NLP helps us understand why and how we are unique, and then helps us better use our uniqueness to lead a fulfilling and purposeful life.
