ABOUT US | OUR BACKGROUND Following 11 successful years as a management consultant and executive coach for one of the world’s leading consultancy firms, Heidi Ashley-Hacker decided to focus her career on the areas that brought her greatest fulfilment. In 2001 Heidi became a self-employed coach and her mission ' To inspire and enable greater achievement and fulfilment in individuals and teams' led her to develop a client base of personal and corporate clients. In 2003, responding to client demand, Heidi teamed up with some respected coaching colleagues to form Ashley Hacker Associates Ltd, an organisation that provides a range of services including coaching, workshops, facilitation and psychometric tests. The services are combined to work with individuals helping them achieve the dreams they have for their personal and professional lives and with organisations helping them develop and grow their people. |
